Thought Partner Learning
The people behind the work — practitioners, designers, and facilitators who understand what happens inside schools.
Founder & Lead Consultant
Vincent S. Du Beau, Ed.D. is the founder of Thought Partner Learning and brings twenty years of education experience to the table. He is a practicing music educator and curriculum leader at Delsea Regional School District, where he has spent seventeen of his twenty years in education. His work in the classroom and as an education coach and consultant are not separate pursuits — they inform each other daily.
That dual perspective is what Thought Partner Learning is built on. Vincent understands what educators actually face because he faces it himself. His approach draws on doctoral research in systems thinking and curriculum design, years of district-level leadership in professional development and curriculum initiatives, and a career spent asking the same question in different rooms: what would it look like if this worked better for everyone in it?
He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Rowan University, and holds degrees from Gwynedd Mercy University, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Rowan University.
